Okay, you have a problem with a product that you have recently purchased and seem to hitting a brickwall with sales support.  They take your money quickly, but don’t want the responsibilities of dealing with the problems.

You threaten the company with Trading Standards and they still don’t budge, you say you won’t buy their products again – they seemly just don’t care.

You find out there are hundreds of websites with the same problems, what else can you do?

Well, you may think that using consumer rights it the best method – however there is a mega method which can blow the company away from existance!

Either, buy millions of pounds worth of shares and then sell them off suddenly after a fixed duration

OR

If you don’t have millions of pounds to play with, find the big share holders and tell them directly the problem and ensure you let them know the websites that have been setup.  Also, if the shares aren’t performing very well, remind them that perhaps the stock isn’t worth holding on to.

 

Results

Although a failing company can take years to actually fail, you can help speed it up to ensure others don’t get ripped off by the scams they are performing.  Forget about writing complaint letters to the head department of mupets that are EMPLOYED running the company and go straight for the cash flow of the company.  If they company runs out of liquidity then they are toast – simple as that.
